JIMMY CONTINUES TO DELIVER COLD AND IN 30 MINUTES!

 

On-demand Alcohol Delivery is exempt from the closures recently announced as part of the Stage 1 Federal Government response to COVID-19. This means Jimmy Brings can remain open in all of our cities until further notice! Our opening hours also remain unchanged nationally.

 

The health and safety of our customers and staff continues to be our number one priority.

 

OUR PRODUCTS & ORDERS

We have implemented product limits on all orders. To find out what these limits are, please see below.

 

While we still have stock available, there are some supply chain issues across the country. This may mean that we need to substitute what you’ve ordered for a similar product of equal or greater value.

 

For ALL cities excluding Perth, liquor retailers across the nation will be voluntarily implementing a new policy on product limits. This was introduced to support the current supply chain issues being experienced across the nation and also to encourage the responsible consumption of alcohol. 

 

 The new limits are as follows:

  • Beer, Cider and Premix - 2 Cases

  • Wine - 12 Bottles

  • Spirits - 2 Bottles

 

Customers may purchase any combination of no more than 2 of the above, but they cannot be in the same category (for example you could order 2 cases of beer and 2 bottles of spirits, but you could not buy 3 cartons of beer or 3 bottles of spirits).

 

Please note that any orders not adhering to the policy outlined above will be cancelled and refunded.

 

 

For Perth only, we will be implementing a product limit based on the WA Government's restrictions:

  • Beer, Cider and Premix - 1 Case

  • Wine - 3 Bottles

  • Spirits - 1 Bottle

 

Customers may purchase any combination of no more than 2 of the above but they cannot be in the same category (for example you could order 1 case of beer and 1 bottle of spirits, but you could not buy 2 cartons of beer or 2 bottles of spirits).

We want to thank you in advance for your understanding with this. We will be monitoring this and reviewing the policy periodically. 

 

OUR DRIVERS & LOW-CONTACT DELIVERIES

 

Our customers and delivery drivers are the core of our business, and we want to do everything we can to make them safe. Whilst we are unable to leave alcohol unattended, we are instituting “low contact deliveries” which will work as follows: 

 

  • Orders will be placed on the ground for customers to retrieve

  • We cannot leave orders unattended without sighting the customer

  • If you need to show ID, our drivers will sight the cards without handling them.

 

While we are waiting to source more hygiene products for our drivers, such as hand sanitiser and masks, we are reimbursing them for any they are able to source for themselves. We remain committed to training and supporting our drivers in best hygiene practices.
