Redeem
After you've earned credit on 7 orders, we'll add a voucher to your Voucher Vault for you to spend within 30 days. Simple!
After you make your 7th order, we'll send you a voucher code for the average cost of those orders. So if you make 7 orders of $100, $200, $100, $150, $200, $150 and $100; we'll send you a voucher for $142.86 - the average spend from your last 7 orders! The more you spend, the bigger your loyalty reward voucher will be!

How do I score Jimmy Brings loyalty rewards?
What counts for loyalty rewards?
Eligible orders must contain at least $30 of non-tobacco products. Eligible spend excludes tobacco purchases and delivery fees and is reduced by any discounts applied.
How does the Jimmy Brings voucher work?
It’s super easy - you just enter the voucher code at checkout where it says ADD VOUCHER to redeem.
Your loyalty voucher is valid for 30 days from when it’s issued, so you can use it when it works for you! The vouchers are also valid for one transaction, so make sure you use it all up. Loyalty vouchers are not valid for use on tobacco products.
How do I receive my voucher? Do I have to use it straight away?
We’ll email you your voucher code after your 7th order, so keep an eye on your inbox. You don’t have to use it until you’re ready! The codes are valid for 30 days, so you can save it ‘til it works for you.
Where can I see the vouchers I've earned?
We’ve got a section on our app called the Voucher Vault. This is where all of your voucher codes sit so you can access them whenever it’s convenient for you! You can copy the codes directly to your clipboard here to make it easy to enter at checkout. We’ll also send the codes to you via email, so you’ll always find them there too.
Is there a limit on my voucher and do they expire?
The vouchers will be valued to the average of your previous 7 orders. There is no limit to the value, it just depends on how much you’ve spent with Jimmy Brings! Your vouchers are only valid for one transaction.
The vouchers expire 30 days after they’re issued, so you have plenty of time to use them when it works for you!
