Who is Jimmy?

Jimmy’s your new best mate. He can deliver wine, beer, spirits and more to your door in 30 minutes. And even better, they’ll arrive cold and ready to drink!

Jimmy can help you out of a tight spot when you’re running low on beer at the party. He can deliver a bottle of wine when you don’t feel like getting out of your PJs to make the trek to the bottle shop. He can sweep in and save the day with all the fixings for your favourite cocktail if guests show up unexpectedly!

Jimmy is super responsible and takes care of his mates! All our drivers are RSA qualified and if you are worried about yourself or a loved one, we can limit or exclude you from using our service.

 

How does Jimmy Brings work with RSA?

Jimmy takes Responsible Service of Alcohol very seriously. All of our delivery drivers are RSA qualified, and they will ask to see your driver’s license and credit card to make sure you’re of age and to work against fraudulent transactions. Our drivers are unable to deliver to anyone who is intoxicated, and cannot deliver outside of our operating hours - all these things are for compliance with licensing laws. Our network of drivers and customer service representatives may be in touch if they think someone is drinking in a dangerous way.

 

Why aren’t you in my area yet?

Jimmy is expanding! But it takes some time. You can enter your postcode in our website and sign up for a notification when we arrive in your area. Because you’re keen, we’ll make sure we send you a cool offer for being one of our first customers in the area!

 

What drinks do you recommend?

We have a curated range that has something to suit every taste and budget. We’ve got cheap and cheerful wines, the fancy French stuff, main-stream beers as well as crafty delights. You’ll also find the spirits you need if you’re a home bartender keen on whipping up some cocktails. We’ve also got some awesome bundles if you can’t make up your mind. Try one of our cocktail bundles if you’ve got a crowd to impress, or a mixed wine bundle if you want some variety.

 

Where do you deliver now?

We currently deliver in Sydney (including the Shire and Parramatta), Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Perth. Check your postcode on our website to see if we’re in your area.

 

Why was I charged for my delivery, even though I didn’t get it?

If we were unable to deliver your order (if we weren’t able to make it during our operating hours due to licensing restrictions), or if no one was available to collect the order, we will not have been able to complete the delivery. We can never leave deliveries unattended. If we were unable to complete the delivery, your charges will be refunded. While we do this instantly, it can take 2-3 business days for it to show up in your account.

 

Why don’t you stock my favourite drink?

We have curated our range to try and appeal to a broad array of people. But we understand that we don’t have everyone’s fave all the time. Let us know if there’s something you’d desperately like to see on our menu. We often update our range with new drinks and special offers, so don’t forget to check back.

 

What’s the deal with referrals?

We have a pretty great referral system. This means that if you tell someone about Jimmy Brings who hasn’t used us before, they can enter in your unique referral code when they make their first order and you both get $10 credit on your account! It’s super easy to find your code: In our app, click the menu button in the top left corner. Click on the menu option that says “GIVE $10, GET $10’ then you’ll see your unique code. Let your friends know they can enter it at checkout on their first purchase, and credit will be added to both your account and theirs. You can do this as many times as you like for people who are new to Jimmy Brings!

 

How do I make an order with Jimmy Brings?

There’s heaps of ways you can order with us! The best way is using our app, which is available on Apple App Store and Google Play store. With the app you can track your order in real time, and take advantage of our loyalty program. You can also use our website on desktop or mobile. If you need to you can also call in and place your order over the phone with our customer service team by calling 1800 JIMMYS.

 

Is your app working?

Occasionally we may be experiencing an issue with our app. Once we’ve identified an issue our teams work as quick as they can to fix it! But in the meantime, it’s best to use our website or give us a call on 1800 JIMMYS to place your order.

 

What’s the deal with loyalty?

We love our loyal customers, so we want to do something special to show you how much you mean to us! When you purchase on our app, your orders tally up, and we give you your 8th order FREE!
